The cold weather has arrived and for many of us this means our mileage dips down and we are spending more time on the trainer or couch. Many of us use the winter “off season” to work on base miles, strength, flexibility, and injury prevention.
Join us next Monday as we hear from Jeanne Lesh Williams of Quest Therapy Consultants. Jeanne will be giving us tips on things we can do during the late fall and winter seasons to keep ourselves in tip top shape and avoid injury when we get back on the bike.
Arrive @ 6:30pm for dinner, drinks, and social hour. The program will begin @ 7:00pm.
